Question: How do I upload a photo to my profile?

Answer: There are two places where you may upload your Photo Gallery. Please click on the "Photo Gallery"" link at the top of every page as it will then direct you to upload your photos. The second place in which you may upload your photo is simply go to your profile link and click on the upload photo, as you will then be able to simply upload your photo gallery.

Question: I forgot my password?

Answer: If you forgot your password, please go to the member login and place in your username, then click on the ""forgot password"" link located under the password box. Once the link is clicked a a pop up box will appear as it will require you to place your registered email address. Once you have done so a generic password will be sent to your personal email address.

Question: How to send message to another member?

Answer: If you would like to contact another member, please review the member's profile as you then
should be able to see an "email" link. Once you have clicked on "email" you will be taking to the email page as you them will be able to send over a message to the member.

Question: How to register to Pickupdate.com?

Answer: If you would like to register to Pickupdate.com. Please click on the join now as you should be able to create an account and follow the registry process.

Question: I would like to post my profile. How do I start?

Answer: Once you have registered to pickupdate.com, the profile process will come up automatically where you will be able to place you information. Another way is simply clicking the ""Home"" tab, then edited the profile and proceeds from there.

Question: How Can I edit my profile?

Answer: Please click on the "Home tab once you have logged onto your account. Then click on edit my profile link which is located in the first box, as you them will be able to edit any information you would like on your profile.

Question: I have uploaded a wrong picture. Can I delete it?

Answer: If you uploaded an unwanted photo to your account, or just would like to change the photos on the account. Please click on “photo Gallery" tab as you will then be able to view all of your photos and delete the unwanted photos.

Question: Where do I go to review my photos?

Answer: If you would like to review the photos on your account, please go to "Photo Gallery" tab as you will then be able to review all of the photos that you have uploaded onto the site.

Question: Can I change my email address or username?

Answer: To change your email address or username, please click on the ""Profile"" tab, then the "edit" link on the left hand side as you will them be able to edit any of your account information.

Question: How do I change my password?

Answer: If you would like to change the password on the account, please click on "home" tab at the top of the page, and then click on the "account information" link located in the middle box of the page. You should then be able to see a link to change your password.

Question: Can I remove my profile?

Answer: if you would like to remove your profile, please send an email to our customer care at contactus@pickupdate.com with a request to remove your profile along with your profile information. Once we received and review the requested your profile will be deleted from our data base and a confirmation email will be send to your personal email address.
